Jeep has been meticulously maintained and has the following upgrades.
New gaskets all around (no leaks.period).
Front and Rear Diffs have been re-geared for 33" tires by a professional jeep shop.
Front axle half shaft has been permanently engaged and front drive shaft is new and counter balanced to accommodate full time use (like the TJ's have).
The AX-15 transmission has the 1994 external slave cylinder upgrade and a new clutch and pressure plate (1994 bell housing and clutch, for quick trail repairs).
Front end just aligned and has new, upgraded steering shaft and JKS quick disconnect sway bar links.
Spare tire carrier is upgraded linkage style unit that enforces tail gate (it was expensive, don't remember brand name).
New leaf springs and bump stops.
New brakes, front and rear (whole system is new).
New fuel pump and filter (fuel tank holds 20 gallons)
Shifter linkage has new seals on shift tower.
New PCV valve, various new little seals all over engine and transmission, again, no leaks. Looks very nice.
Steel braded brake lines
Has color matched Rock Hard 4x4 Trail Cage ($800)
New Bestop Seats Front and back (~$800)
New Seat belts (Quadratec)
Bedrug water proof removable carpets back and front and Ruged ridge floor mats (at least $500)
The Jeep also has a York Air Compressor with a reserve tank under the battery (the battery an Optima yellow Top $350).
Has both a Softopper Frameless soft top ($700) with full doors and a hardtop and a set of half doors (that will be included with a full price offer).
The windshield is new, the windshield wipers have the linkage relocation kit that get them out of your field of view.
It has a Smittybuilt winch (basic winch XRC)
Lunch box lockers front and rear (installed by pro at Jeep shop in Everett)
New Bestop cage cover.
New exhaust Quadtratec
The driver seat has the swing forward kit, making it easy to climb into the back on both sides.
I have a set of front tube fenders that I never installed (we can talk price, if interested).
LED tail lights (Quadratec $1400)
I am sure I am leaving stuff out. Jeep is nice and could easily do light to medium trails in Moab. I never went there, on account of a bad back. I have driven this jeep to Boise and back, no problem.
It is still on Dana 30/35's but unless you are going to crawl it, then you don't need them. I mostly drove this on forestry roads and just to have fun. Never abused, adult driven.
There is no, I repeat, no rust on the frame or body. This jeep lives in a garage and is always cleaned before parking. I put too much work into it to not to take care of it.
Standard disclaimer, please no low-ballers, would only consider trades for very clean, 4x4 shortbed 12valve 2500+ Cummins Dodge that is ready to drive cross country with no issues.

Title is clear, in my name, no issues. Milage is apprx 240,000. But looking at it and driving it, it might as well be 40,000. Engine was swapped by the last owner (120,000 on engine, guessing) AX-15 is bullet proof and all u-joints have been replaced.
Probably one of the most reliable jeeps on Craigslist in this year range.
