Used 1993 GMC 2500 6.5L for sale in Danvers, IL
Vehicle Description
Its old with a ton of miles (300K) and more then its fair share of dings and rust in the normal Chevy locations ( cab corners fenders and rockers). It has very little blow by for the miles It may have been open at one point in time. It leaks oil at the 4x4 oil filter adapter nothing crazy just drips when it gets up to running temp. I replaced the transmission with a rebuilt one from (shiftwright) trying to hunt down a whining sound it has paper work with lest then 2k miles on it. The whining sound is still there so its more then likely the driveshaft support bearing they truck came with one i should of took the hint. The rear-end was rebuilt around the same time again trying to find the sound. Rear shocks are new along with fuel system from the sending unit in the tank all the way to the fuel filter on the motor, I made custom oil cooler lines, the radio wasn't working so i fixed that as well. Tires are good all the way around. I have a long list of stuff that Ive replaced and or upgraded. The inside is dirty it was used as a work truck.
