Used 1993 Ford Bronco 4x4 5.0/302 V8 - Great shape, over $3500 for sale in Nichols, NY

1993 Ford Bronco XLT in great shape, its good condition is partly due to spending 10 years in my garage undergoing a motor transplant from 2006 to 2016. Motor was a new 5.0/302 long block from Ford, currently has roughly 14,000 miles on it (pulled out of an F150 that would no longer pass Vermont state inspection). Before new motor went in it was cleaned and painted Ford Racing high temp blue with accessory pulleys and cooling fan painted high temp red. Additionally:
*New high volume water pump and gasket along with new thermostat
*New Ford Racing finned aluminum valve covers and steel core gaskets
*New Pacesetter headers, header studs and new gaskets
*New spark plugs and oil pressure sensor
*Also ran all new STAINLESS STEEL brake lines before motor went in
After motor install the list of new parts continued:
*New Autocraft 750 CCA batter in (Nov ’14)
*New Radiator core support with bushings and all hardware
*ToughOne high torque starter with lifetime warranty (Nov ’14)
*Replaced Fuel filter and new serpentine belt (Dec ’14 @ roughly 112,000)
*All new rear brake drums, shoes, wheel cylinders and hardware. New front calipers and pads (Sept ’16 112,003 miles)
*New A/C condenser (A/C just needs a charge – all lines in good shape – Feb ‘18)
*All new transmission cooler lines to radiator and aux transmission oil cooler (Feb ‘18)
*New switch for power tailgate glass (June ’18)
*Entire exhaust system new: Y-pipe and hardware, catalytic converter, O2 sensor, A.I.R. emissions tubing, muffler, hangers, heat shields, tailpipe and clamps (Feb – July ’18)
*New ABS pump (Oct ’18)
*All new fuel tank, pump, pump filter screen, sending unit, tank straps and fuel tank skid plate hardware (Nov ’18)
*New multifunction turn signal/wiper switch (Nov ’18)
*New Spectra radiator (lifetime warranty – Dec ’18)
*New driver rear axle seal, diff cover gasket and 3 qts gear oil (Feb ’19)
*Changed transmission fluid, filter and pan gasket (Sept ’19)
The Bad:
*Slow oil leak from valve covers, leaves a SMALL spot on the garage floor when I don’t run it for a couple days and burns a little off the headers when you first start it after it has sat.
*Has body rust in the usual spots for these trucks; Rear wheel wells and cab corners. Rockers are very solid with no rust and undercarriage/chassis is extremely solid (my mechanic commented on this when it was on the lift to do the axle seal).
*Has some lights on the dash: voltage, check engine and ABS. I’ve had no issues with the truck whatsoever and have dismissed them as “idiot” lights. By no means is the performance of these systems affected and they do not keep it from passing inspection (pre-1996). Starts fine and charges as should while running, runs great, and ABS light likely the rear wheel speed sensor.
Overall it’s a great truck that I have over $3500 invested in parts alone. Would make an excellent plow rig too due to its short wheelbase and was optioned with the heavy duty front suspension (Dana 44 front axle with 3.55 ratio, Twin shocks at each corner and air bags inside the coil springs. Four wheel drive works great with a new shift linkage and reliable Warn lockout hubs. Also has 2” hitch receiver, 6-way round and 4-flat trailer wiring. Tires in excellent condition with only a few thousand miles on them. Manual windows and door locks, cruise control, aftermarket Sony AM/FM CD, and power rear tailgate window (also operates from a key at the tailgate). Price is $3900 firm, sorry, no trades.
