Vehicle Description
This is a "grail" specimen, completely unmodified and entirely original.
My wife has owned this car since 1998. It probably has over 300,000 miles, as the odometer broke about 15 years ago and she drove it daily for 5 years after that.
It has a few issues, as to be expected from a 30 year old vehicle. The windshield is cracked top to bottom. There is some rust under the doors. I pulled the door lights fuse since there's a short I can't find, some of the gauges only work when they feel like it, and there's a slight whiff of gasoline constantly surrounding it. But otherwise it runs and drives beautifully, and the drive train is entirely functional, including the transfer case. I've seen a lot of talk about "death wobble" on other postings, and I have no idea what it is. Whatever it must be, this Jeep doesn't have it.
My wife took excellent care of this Cherokee, and it's always had regular service. We hope it finds a good home.
