Vehicle Description

Having a real hard time even making this add, but here I am. I just am out of space on my property, and I feel like storing/dealing with this car is becoming more of a burden than its worth for the amount it gets driven anymore, esp. with the pandemic.

The car is a 1990 244, with 199,000 miles as of now, may go up slightly if it gets driven more. Originally an automatic car, now has an m47 5spd that I swapped in myself. This car has been my baby for 11 years running now, but I sadly think its time to let it go to focus on other projects.

What wheels and tires come with it are somewhat up for discussion. Ideally I'd sell with the Virgos on some 2/3 worn Firestone winterfoce snows. I started to strip/sand the virgos down for re-painting but only made it about half way.
I also could sell with some multi spokes with Hankook Rally tires on them as well. They are freshly powdercoated gold.

I'd also be selling the car with Yakima Mounts and bars and spoiler (Roof rack setup) if desired.

I also have a TON of other spare parts that I can negotiate into the sale price if interested.

I've owned this car for 11 years! Its been with me everywhere, and mechanically, is in very good shape.
In the last 5k it's had the following done:
-New Battery
-R-Sport Steering wheel installed
-New/used starter
-New front control arms and control arm bushings
-New Water pump
-New/used radiator
-New Rad. hoses
-New H&R front wheel spacers
-New Locking Switch (Driver door)
-Repacked/greased front wheel bearings
-New brake calipers (OEM) on all 4 corners
-Akebono rear pads, EBC Green front pads
-Fresh dot 4 fluid bleed
-Fresh-ish oil filter and oil change (Always used Amsoil 5w30 full snyth every 5k or so)
-Fresh coolant
-New Steering shaft U joint
-New Flex joint damper/hockey puck thingy in the drive shaft.

-E-fan conversion using an 850 fan and relay, manually activated with a switch in the cab
-Volvo OE VX Camshaft
-IPD rear cam plate
-Ign. Coil Relocation (for catch can)
-Remote oil catch can
-Yoshifab PCV adapter plate
-STS machining adjustable cam gear
-IPD/Starla "Sport Exhaust"
-Cat delete
-m47 swap w/custom threaded shifter shaft
-Blox weighted shift knob
Suspension:
-IPD 25mm swaybars front and rear
-H&R 40mm? wheel spacers
-IPD strut reinforcement plates on towers
-Poly bushings on all the things. Esp. trailing arm bushings/control arms.
Cosmetic:
-Euro tails
-pre-wired/mounts for fog lamps in front
-Sweet crown royal shifter boot!
-Momo/r-sport steering wheel
-Rocker rails/rear arch area's have been sanded/coated in POR 15 and spray on bed liner
Runs and drives nicely, take her anywhere! fires right up, fun car to cruise around in, last I checked, no codes from the ECU/EZK either.
Now for the bad:
-She may not look like it, but she's got some cancer. Specifcally in the rear wheel arches and where the buttcheeks meet the ext. sheet metal. There's also a few soft spots/holes in the floor.
-Some questionable / poorly done rust repair by me. I cut out some portions and patched with fiberglass, an old licence plate etc. Not pretty, but it worked?
-Power steering rack has a leak on the pass. side. It's not bad, I just top off with ATF every month or so. I'd say you lose about a quart every 3k? Steers fine, just needs to have seals replaceed probably, leaks out of the boot area.
-Yes, the steering wheel is kinda crooked, I didn't do a good job aligning the wheel when I replaced the steering shaft u-joint. Doesn't affect how the car drives, but the wheel has to be at like a 1 o clock position to go dead straight. I just live with it.
-Sometimes the transmission makes some odd noises when under compression braking in 3rd gear. No idea what this is, but hasn't seemed to make the car drive any different, just makes a clattering noise sometimes.

That's it, but honestly, I've had this car for so long, and replaced so much and done so much with it, if you have any questions, just ask me, I will tell you Car has STACKS of records and receipts over the last 11 years for it, clean MN title. $1600.
