I inherited this gem through a business I used to own with intentions of cleaning it up and listing it for top dollar. As is, it's in very good condition and runs and drives fine. However, there are a few improvements I planned on making before selling this at top price. These in excellent condition will go as high as $30,000. I included a picture from AutoTrader to give an example. The problem is I'm moving soon to a place with limited space so I'm willing to sell it as is.
One thing that needs repaired is the rear bumper shell is busted and probably needs to completely be replaced.
Another issue I have not looked into yet is the power windows do not currently work.
It has very little rust damage however there is a rust hole in the driver's side step pan that needs to be repaired.
Last but not least, due to issue with Secretary of State and covidbI have not yet titled this vehicle. The original owner of this van had it towed to our shop almost 3 years ago for repairs.
After installing a new starter and repairing a broken exhaust manifold the owner never returned to settle up on the bill and reclaim his vehicle. When I left the business the van came with me because I was the mechanic who did the work and was never paid.
I found out recently the owner of the van had fled the country.
I have the abandoned vehicle form filled out along with the form from the sheriff's department to take the Secretary of State and apply for the title.
I will take $5000 cash for the van as it sits today.
If you wait for me to do the repairs the price will increase significantly.
