1990 Mazda Miata - 100% street legal

This car was built to drive to the track, drive right by mustangs, and then drive home... and doing so 100% reliable and VERY cheap to operate/maintain.
Completely street-able if you keep in mind your front end ground clearance... has heat and A/C. Won't annoy your neighbors because it is not stupid loud.
Has supporting mods for E85 tune or a turbo in the future.
Easily runs hard for 30 minutes in the summer heat and temps don't even budge.
Hardly uses any gas... is very easy on brakes and tires due to being so light and proper cooling/aero.

And it qualifies for a PA antique plate... which means insurance is stupid cheap (mine was $157 for a year) and no yearly inspections/emissions needed... which saves you more money.

Heat and A/C work... A/C was only blowing 'cool-ish' last summer... probably needs a full charge or converted to more modern coolant?
