This Montero was owned by a master Mitsubishi tech who passed away 4 years ago. Vehicle has been sitting almost the whole time "4 years" IT WILL NOT PASS Emissions test without work.. IT has a BRAND new ECM, not a rebuilt, new tires but they are aging. Montero runs and drives, 4wd works, engine is very quiet on start up. New battery.. Montero has some rust by the back wheels.
