Scottsdale trim. (This is the middle trim level.)

Original 4.3 litre V-6 motor. 262 CID. 160 horsepower with 235 lbs. torque.
Manual transmission with floor shifter.
A two owner truck. Second owner bought the truck in 2002. I recently acquired the truck from the second owner. Mostly garaged throughout its life. Purchased new at Capitol Chevrolet in Montgomery, Alabama.
About the only thing that has been changed since new is the addition of aftermarket 15-inch aluminum wheels. The spare is on a factory rim.
Factory air conditioning. Power steering. Power brakes. Factory AM/FM with factory cassette player. Gauges. Rubber floor covering. Cloth bench seat. Sliding rear window. Intermittent wipers. Floor shifter. V-6 motor.
The negatives: Small crack in the windshield. No headliner. Some dash cracks. Poor tires, but suitable for rolling around. No battery. Surface rust on the bed floor, but ZERO rust thru. Ran a few months ago.
The positives: Absolutely ZERO dents other than a very small ding on the tailgate. Zero rust thru anywhere on the truck, including the floor of the bed, rockers, bottoms of the doors or fender corners. Nice bumpers, front and rear. Locking gas cap. Unmolested wiring. No kinks on the hood from bad hinges. Original keys. Nothing cobbled together, altered or molested under the hood. Solid bed. Blue in color. 100% complete and missing nothing. New tie rod ends, idler arm, pitman arm, etc., just 7K miles ago.
This would make a SUPER truck to build. Keep in mind, there are no dents and no rust. That alone puts you miles ahead.
