Used 1985 Ford F-350 Service crane truck for sale in Roanoke, VA

Vehicle Description

I bought this truck for my son who was taking welding in college and we have spent the year working on it and fixing it up. We replaced the front fuel tank that was still operational, but had been crushed in when the truck rolled over some object (before we bought it). The injector pump was replaced, and engine serviced. The truck has a 6.9 liter diesel and it runs strong. The Miller welder needed some parts, so we took it to ARC 3 and they fully serived and replaced all defective parts so it welds perfectly now. They also serviced the Ingersol-Rand air compressor, and we re-plumbed it and replaced the air hose coil and hose on the back. We installed new backup lights (LED and very bright) and basically fixed everything that was not working on the truck. It has brand new tires all the way around. The crane was serviced and motors rebuilt. Everything works on this truck, and the only reason we are selling is I found a work van that had more room in it to store all his tools which works better for his needs right now. The previous owner had it painted, and someone left it out of gear and it rolled into a dozer blade so the passenger door has a dent in it where that happened. It has a Reading service body on it. All equipment runs and has been serviced with oil and filter changes etc. Duel rear wheels. It is a solid truck and will still get the job done for years.
