Used 1983 Jeep CJ7 Rock Crawler for sale in Pleasant Hill, IA
Vehicle Description
Runs and drives with a clean title. It's geared very low so it's not ideal for driving on the street (obviously).

- 350 Chevy Small Block Engine (Throttle Body Injected)
- General Motors Muncie SM465 Manual 4-Speed Transmission
- General Motors NP205 Transfer Case
- Dana 60 Front End with welded 5.13 gears
- General Motors 14 bolt Read End with 5.13 gears and Detroit Locker
- 39.50x13.50-17LT IROK Super Swamper Tires (Have definitely taken a beaten but still hold air and have plenty of life in them for off-road use)
- 9500lb Winch (needs a servo)
- Large fuel cell up in the bed (I'm not sure of the capacity)
- Nicely built roll cage
- Bucket seats with 3-point harness seat-belts
- Clean title
Brand new, replaced in the last month:
- Fuel pump
- Fuel filter
- Battery
- Radiator cap
Some issues:
- Wobbles a little when driving down the road (again, this thing is obviously not for driving on the road)
- I was told that the winch works but needs a servo, I have never messed with it though, the cable is sitting in the bed of the truck
- None of the gauges on the dash work
Other than that, the rest of the work was done by the past owner so I couldn't really tell you anything else.
