Vehicle Description
Not a trailer queen but a good daily driver.
400 cu in Small block chevy High Performance motor installed last summer.
Selling it because I bought another sports car and don't have room for 2.
Excellent running condition with lots off power.
Originally had an L82 motor but the block was cracked so I bought a 400 to put in it.
It has the original 4 speed transmission and original rear end with 3.73 gears.
Factory A/C that works and aftermarket radio.
Rear trailing arms have been rebuilt and lower ball joints replaced.
Engine was balanced by Joe Blackwell.
The battery, power steering pump and hoses, clutch assembly are new.
New 2 1/2"dual exhaust system with high flow exhaust manifolds and ss exhaust tips.
Block was line honed and decked and bored .030" over sized.
Now to the list of new engine parts:
ProMAXX aluminum cylinder heads with all new ARP bolts.
Edelbrock 1406 carb, aluminum intake manifold and air cleaner.
Howards Roller camshaft, hydraulic roller lifters and roller rocker arms.
All new Felpro gaskets on motor. Delphi fuel pump.
Moroso plug wires
MSD Streetfire distributor.
Fan clutch, oil pump, starter and Pioneer flywheel.
Tuff Stuff Super Cool aluminum water pump, thermostat housing and 160 degree thermostat.
Cloyes double roller timing chain set and timing gears.
Wesco ProTru Street pistons and rings.
King cam, rod and main bearings.
New harmonic balancer and chrome timing cover.
Interior is in good original condition with new carpeting.
This car runs great and has very strong torque.
If you drive this car I know you will buy it. It really goes.
Originally the L82 was 220hp now it is over 375hp with low to midrange grunt.
Very streetable and runs great on 91 octane premium.
