1976 Chevy K5 Blazer, 4WD, 350ci V8 with a TH350 automatic transmission, a full-time NP-203 transfer case, and DANA-44 front/12-bolt rear axles.

I took this on as a labor of love since I have a soft spot for the 1976 square body GM trucks. I'm making the decision to test the waters to see if someone else would like to give this awesome ride some more TLC than I have time for. Here is short run down of its current status.

The good:
Starts right up, runs strong, and doesn't smoke.
Dual exhaust.
New battery.
New air cleaner.
New alternator and power steering belts.
New spark plugs, plug wires, MSD cap and rotor.
New Pathfinder A/T 33x12.5xR15 tires on Center Line aluminum wheels.
New shocks.
New front and rear brakes (and emergency brake cable).
New turn signal switch.
New headlight bulbs.
New steering wheel.
New glove box.
New door and hatch locks.
New center console 4 cup holders and storage.
Freshly rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission. Drives smooth with crisp shifts.
Fresh transmission fluid.
Fresh brake fluid.
Fresh oil and filter change.
Fresh coolant.
Tow hitch.
Ramsey winch bumber comes with it.
Original seats in good shape for their age.
Original radio still works.
Side and rear window glass in good shape.
Rear window regulator works well.

The less good:
Has some rust spots that could use some attention.Exterior needs paint.
Windshield has a number of cracks and needs replacing.
Interior could use some new carpet.
Previous owner removed the driveshaft since the rear gears are 3.73s and the front gears are 3.08s.
Needs a front drive shaft. I have the old one but it needs rebuilding.
The vehicle VIN identified this originally had a 400ci V8.

Fun fact:
The K5 Blazer and Jimmy had "full convertible" removable tops until 1975. For 1976, GM introduced a half-cab design that was less prone to leaks and slightly safer in a roll-over. These half cabs had the convertible top begin a few inches behind the driver/passenger doors and run back to the tailgate. The convertible top on this 1976 is removable.
