Vehicle Description
1968 AMC AMX project. Original X code car, with 390 automatic. Very straight, except for some work needed on the driver side quarter panel. Also minimal rust, with just one fairly small area in the trunk (I have a patch for it).
The car is 100% complete, but hasn't been on the road since 1993.
It comes with the Magnum wheels shown in picture #1.
It will need a full service before attempting to start it. Flush the gas tank and lines, rebuild the carb, do a complete tuneup, change the oil, replace the battery, drop the trans pan, change the filter/gaskets/fluid, etc. It will also need brakes. They're not locked up, it does roll fine.
The last picture was found in a box of parts that came with the car. It shows what the car looked like in 1991.
