The following is a list of major work that has been completed to date:
1. Original chassis replaced with 1978 Chevy Short Bed chassis for improved suspension and addition of disc brakes (front), power steering and drop spindles (front)
2. 307 ci V8 replaced with 1978 Chevy 350 with 4 bolt main block
3. Chevy 350 V8 rebuilt with 10:1 pistons, 3/4 race cam and hydraulic lifters, Accel ignition and headers
4. New dual exhaust with Dynomax turbo mufflers
5. 4 speed manual tranny replaced with 700R4 overdrive automatic tranny
6. New balanced drive shaft installed
7. Limited slip rear end rebuilt with 3:73 ring/pinion gears
8. Original oak bed refinished
9. Bench seat recovered with black leather
10. Seat belts and emergency brake installed
11. New billet aluminum dash with Autometer gauges installed
12. Vintage A/C installed
13. 1978 Chevy steering column with tilt-wheel installed
14. Original gas tank behind seat removed and new, larger tank installed under bed with top fill through bed
Truck runs, drives and stop well and sounds great. Approximately 4500 miles on new odometer. Original odometer broken. Price somewhat negotiable. Cash only sale with local pickup only
