This is a beautiful 1960 Ford Sunliner Convertible that is ready for summer fun! This car has won many local shows over the years and is always a crowd favorite. It has the classic All-American style (and BIG FINS) that you want in a cool ol' Southern California land yacht. It is perfect for sunset cruises down the Coast or hauling the Grand Marshal/Homecoming Queen of your local parade this year. It is an original California car that still retains both of it's original yellow license plates. It was sold new here in San Diego. You won't find many Sunliners or even Starliner hardtops around these days. You will find even fewer of them with the optional Continental Kit on the back. The car is very straight. The paint is nice and has been re-done in the factory correct and original Yosemite Yellow color. Optional factory Fender Skirts. The floorboards, frame, and trunk are very nice. The chrome is in nice condition. It has a 352 cubic inch big block V-8 with a four barrel carburetor. Three speed automatic. It has power steering and power top. It runs very well and is as smooth as you would expect of a classic 1960s Cruiser. It looks good and sounds even better.
I recently spent almost $5000 having the car completely gone through and checked out mechanically. All the work was professionally done. New brakes, complete rebuild of the carb, cleaned the entire fuel system, new fuel filter, brakes completely gone through, top motor serviced and system flushed, and brand new radial tires among other things that I am forgetting. The car runs and drives beautifully now. The engine compartment is very clean and nicely detailed. The black convertible top itself has been re-done and is like new. It works very well and goes up/down with the push of a button. Optional Kelsey-Hayes wire wheels. The interior is the factory correct light yellow/black combination. It is in very nice condition. Everybody loves this Sunliner and you will too. It draws a crowd and picture takers everywhere you take it. The car is located in La Jolla, CA. Clean, clear California title in hand.
