Vehicle Description

Put a bow on it and give it to You Know Who for Christmas! 1952 MG TD replica by British Coach Works. This Ohio titled vehicle was manufactured in 1985. The builder passed away shortly after acquiring the car and it sat in his garage for 25 years. The second owner purchased it from his estate and restored the engine to operation. I acquired it from him with 287 miles on the build, replaced the tires, battery, exhaust, fluids, radiator and hoses, added a Runyon rack on the rear, and added a GPS radio and some features to the dashboard. Headlamps converted to LED. Current odometer reading is 1712 miles. The vehicle includes a fold down windshield and adjustable wing windows. Most of the chrome is new old stock purchased from MG factory by British Coach Works, and is in pristine condition, and the canvas top and side curtains are like new, having been used once (during its trailer ride from Pennsylvania to Ohio). Engine is a 1979 Chevrolet Chevette 1600 4 cylinder with Weber dual barrel carburetor and electronic ignition, coupled to an automatic 3 speed floor shift transmission. The original Chevette was capable of 40 mpg. No rips or sags in upholstery and carpet is clean. Vehicle located in Zanesville, Ohio. Love the car and all the attention it gets but I need garage space for my next project and I won’t park it outside, even with a cover on it. . Buyer is responsible for shipping.
