Vehicle Description
The engine does not turn over, but the heads and pan were removed to check condition, and no mechanical issues were found. The rings are stuck from dried oil, but cylinders look good.
The engine has been reassembled “lightly” so all parts are accounted for, and in their correct location.
Both bumpers have holes rusted in them, can’t explain that!
