1941 Chevrolet Master Deluxe two door (Sport) sedan street rod with a late model (recently rebuilt by CSD, 1200 miles) 350 cubic inch small block Chevy V8 with a 350 Turbomatic 3 speed automatic transmission. The car is finished in factory Subaru bright metallic blue color. It has many subtle custom creative features that modify the stock details, such as the bright trim removed from the center and front of the hood as well as the top of each of the front fenders. The trunk has also been removed of the trim and has had the normally squared off lower corner edges rounded. The two front vent windows have very tasteful custom etchings in the glass. The center bar and trim on the windshield have been removed and replaced with a one piece glass V panel and electric windshield wipers were added. The two bumpers and grill are chromed, as are the custom bowtie inserts that have been added to the sides of the hood. The dash is also customized, without the original trim, having been smoothed and finished in the exterior color. The interior is finished completely in a dark gray velour, as is the trunk area. The wheels are Truspoke true wire wheels with P225/70R15 Firestone Destination tires. This car has power brakes (all drums) with a late model pickup truck booster. The front end is fitted with 1954 Chevrolet spindles and the rear end (with new axles) is from a 1957 Chevrolet in order to match the lug patterns for all four wheels. There are many dress accessories and a few performance enhancements added to the engine compartment. The manifold is a high rise aluminum Edelbrock, with an Edelbrock carburetor, chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner, chrome overflow tank and a late model type HEI distributor. The radiator is full aluminum with the water pump raised and a custom air deflector to accommodate continued cool engine operation. It has stock exhaust headers with a full custom dual exhaust system beyond the headers. The undercarriage is in need of paint and detailing but is nearly rust free with a couple of rust blemishes and one rust through. It has an aftermarket tilt steering column but it does not have power steering. There are cracks in the passenger side rear window. The dash is customized with full instrumentation with old school style gauges and a clock. The car fires immediately, runs extremely well. It is fit and finished very nicely and can be driven anywhere comfortably and reliably. An AM/FM CD player is installed in the dash.
