Vehicle Description
• Truck Built by Jason McMahon in Detroit.
• Brooksville boxed model “T” frame.
• 1940 ford drop axle and drum brakes.
• 8” ford rear end with coil over springs, drum brakes.
• 1986 350 L98 corvette motor changed to run 4 barrel.
• Custom built Lake Pipe headers with internal mufflers and turn downs.
• 350 turbo trans.
• 3” chop top.
• Original bed destroyed, shorten 1949 Chevy pickup side panels with original bed post and tailgate.
• Custom louvered bed floor
• Remanufactured door panels, Top, door handles, gas cap & hood ornament.
• 1940 ford style rims Coker front tires with cheater slicks. (Towel City)
• New valve covers, air cleaners, chrome hoses and fan shroud.
• Hood straps added to hold down hood properly.
• Original gas tank cut to install new 5 gauge pack.
• New bed box made with 8 gal. fuel cell.
• Rewired car for gauges, fuel cell, horn.
• Added front turn signals and read brake light and turn signals in rear bed rolls.
• New high stick Lokar shifter, steering wheel, pleated seat & hot rod side mirror.
• Rebuilt front end by moving shocks to the front and added new split wishbones to improve steering.
• Aged and faded out paint on truck, added pinstriping and lettering by TAZ of Cincinnati.
I modified the car to resemble a True Hot Rod on the streets in 1962 that has been sitting and fading away.
