This is the "Real Steel Deal", not a fiberglass kit-car.
Original 1928 Henry Ford steel body coated in Summit Hot Rod Black and channeled 4 inches over the original 1928 steel frame which has been boxed and coated in POR-15 for life.
Southwestern Body. Inside wells and hardware are solid and clean right down to the ground. No rust, no bondo. Coated in POR-15 as well.
Frenched in 1959 Cadillac tail lights, license plate holder, and fuel door.
All brand new steering and suspension. U.S.A. made, not China's garbage.
4-Link, Coil-over rear suspension. Crossover steering with brand new U.S.A. shocks and new Vega steering gear box. Rides and steers great!
All brand new brakes. Drums in the rear, calipers and rotors in the front. Stops on a dime.
Engine is a complete tear-down and fresh rebuild of a 1985 Chevy block including.
- 1996 Vortec heads with taller valve springs to allow for a
- Comp Thumpr cam
- Gear-drive
- Edelbrock Performer RPM dual-plane intake
- Edelbrock 750 CFM carb which has been jetted
- High volume oil pump (Getting up to 70 lbs. of oil pressure)
- Aluminum Oil Pan
- All top quality gaskets
- Dressed out in Billet Specialties aluminum
- MSD Ignition System
- 9.5 to 1 compression
- Producing about 415 Horsepower
Rebuilt turbo 350 automatic transmission with brand new torque convertor and flywheel. Ford 9 inch rear-end. Runs and drives great!
Lokar shifter.
Ceramic-coated Lake-style headers with baffles.
All 4 brand new Coker American Classic tires.
1/4" insulator under brand new carpet front to back.
Leather seats.
Tilt steering.
Everything works as it should.
Turn key car needs nothing.
Interior trimmed out with brushed aluminum and stainless. Dash is custom 1/8" stainless.
