Vehicle Description
Originally purchased the steel body and an unfinished frame with a GM 6 cylinder and T5 trans a few years back. Collected most major parts and made some modifications and upgrades.
The frame is now set up for a Ford 289 engine and C4 transmission (Eng/Trans incl). The front and rear suspension is new, from Speedway, and consists of a chrome leaf spring with shocks, and a chrome coil over suspension with a custom 6” drop rear crossmember. The front axle has a 6” drop with new Ford spindles. The rear axle is a Ford 9”, includes a 28 spline non-posi 3rd member, pan hard bar, and custom drive shaft. Also has a spun aluminum fuel tank with center fill. Body is original, all steel with doors and dash. Needs work but in great condition for age. Currently disassembled for easy moving. Extra parts include a subframe, cowl, firewall, original fuel tank, dash, and a few other parts.
This is a great “PROJECT” for someone looking to save time and money, and wanting to expedite a custom build or rat rod. Not looking to part but may consider (complete frame/ engine & trans/ body) for the right price. No rush to sell. Reasonable offers ONLY. Still available if posted. ($6,750.00 OBO)
