Vehicle Description

WE HAVE STOPPED FARMING AND DECIDED WE NO LONGER NEED OUR BOX TRUCK. IT IS A 2002 E-350 ECONOLINE WITH A 16' BOX. WE BOUGHT IT USED ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO, WITH ABOUT 60K MILES ON IT, AND IT NOW HAS A LITTLE OVER 154K. THAT'S ONLY ABOUT 6K MILES PER YEAR. WE PRIMARILY USED IT FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES AND GOING TO FARMERS MARKETS, AND IT WAS RARELY DRIVEN IN THE WINTER SINCE OUR FARM WAS SEASONAL. I CAN'T SAY IT IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE, SINCE IT IS A 2002, AND TIME DOES TAKE A TOLL, BUT SINCE IT WAS ONLY LIGHTLY USED, IT IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. IT DOES HAVE SOME SURFACE RUST OVER THE WINDSHIELD(BUT NOT RUSTED THROUGH), AND SOME RUST UNDERNEATH, LIKE ANY OTHER VEHICLE IN THE NORTH COUNTRY. IT DOES START RIGHT UP RELIABLY, IT RUNS WELL AND TRAVELS WELL DOWN THE ROAD. THE AUTOMATIC TRANNY DOES NOT SLIP. THE BRAKES WORK FINE. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON A WHILE AGO, AND I HAVEN'T CHECKED THE CODE TO FIND OUT WHY. THE A.C. DOESN'T WORK AND I NEVER FIXED IT BECAUSE I ONLY DROVE IT LOCALLY AND FOR SHORT TRIPS. ONE FRONT TIRE IS WORN ENOUGH THAT IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED(OTHER ONE WAS CHANGED ONLY 8-10K AGO). I AM INCLUDING 2 USED TIRES(ABOUT 50-60%) TREAD, SO YOU CAN PUT ONE OF THOSE ON. REAR TIRES HAVE GOOD TREAD LEFT. THE BOX IS 16' LONG, WITH A SOLID WOOD FLOOR, A ROLL-UP DOOR, AND A PULL OUT ALUMINUM LOADING RAMP. THE INTERIOR OF THE CAB IS DUSTY AND WILL NEED CLEANING, BUT THE SEATS & DASH AREN'T TORN UP AND STAINED. HAS A 5.4L V8 MOTOR THAT STILL RUNS STRONG. OBVIOUSLY, SINCE IT IS NEARLY 20 YEARS OLD, IT HAS A FEW SMALL DINGS AND SCRATCHES, BUT OVERALL IS A VERY SOUND TRUCK AND IS GREAT FOR HAULING, DELIVERING, OR ANY SORT OF LIGHT TRANSPORT.
