2007 Chevrolet Express G3500 motorized cutaway, 6.6L V8 OHV 32V Duramax TURBO DIESEL.

These engines commonly run for over 500,000 miles and more when regularly maintained and driven with care. My bus was owned by a wealthy school district whose mechanics maintained their fleet above the standard recommended by the manufacturer. They changed the oil every 3000 miles, meticulously inspected every system, and always drove with care. With these considerations in mind, in addition to my positive experience as the brief second owner, I am confident that she is about half way through her long life as a reliable conveyance.

The bus passed its emissions test with flying colors less than 200 miles ago. This was directly after a problem-free cross-country trip from its New Jersey origin.

Since buying the bus from the school district in August, I've only put on 2000 Miles. Now that I've invested countless hours and dollars converting my bus into a home, I must sell her and move into a stationary house.
