Used Classic Chevy G10 Van for sale in Santa Cruz, CA

Here are all the details:
142k miles, RWD, 305 V8. There is some rust (pictured) but nothing too major. Fires up first try. Title is clean and in my name. It is registered in Nevada through September 2020. Smog is exempt until registration is due in CA. Two owners before me. Blows heat but no AC.
Over the past 2 months I’ve spent $1500 on the following repairs (receipts in hand):
* New battery
* New alternator
* New radiator, thermostat & hoses
* New master cylinder
* New rear wheel brakes
* New air filter
* New e-brake
I’ve driven the van all around Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, and Santa Cruz the past year. The interior is built out with a bed and some cabinets.
Cons. She squeaks. You will most likely just need to replace some belts. I’m also having an issue with the brakes. They work fine but when I come to a stop they tend to jerk and cause a high pitch squeaking sound. When my mechanic replaced the rear wheels & rotors he told me my front rotors needed to be replaced soon. I would assume that’s what it is. A couple other minor things... radio works but needs speakers. No passenger seat. No aux outlet. The exhaust mount broke and is rattling. Just needs a new bracket.
Besides that, the van has treated me very well. It would be a perfect surf van or camper!
