Vehicle Description
1982 was the last year for the C3 Corvette body style.
Good and clean condition with 119,000 miles. Runs and drives good. Always garaged. Door and window and t-top rubber is good, no air leaks. All glass is good, no cracks. Front lights operate up and down correctly. Transmission rebuilt and air conditioning compressor change over in 2010. New BF Goodrich T/A radial tires and a new battery in 2018. Recent tune up, brake job and all new u-joints this year, 2019.
5.7L V8 F OHV, automatic transmission, glass t-tops, original am/fm radio w/ cassette tape player and clock, cold air conditioning, power windows and tilt wheel.
Items that need attention: cruise control does not work, oil pressure gauge works off and on, wipers come on but are jerky and need attention and the power radio antenna is stuck about halfway up and does not go up or down.
Rare silver green exterior paint color. This car is one of 723 produced in this color by Chevrolet in 1982. Paint is good, a few small (minor/normal) chips in the paint. There are no cracks in the fiberglass. The car has never been wrecked/repaired.
Interior color is silver green also. The original leather seats are in fair condition. Carpet is good and not faded, no rips or stains. Dash, center console and door panels are good, no cracks. Driver side door panel has an “elbow rub” faded area that has developed over time, see picture. The rear storage console lids are in good shape, they open and latch properly. The rear sun visor is good, it opens and retracts properly.
